Greetings!

Hello, my name is Alondra Escareño. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Personal Trainer, I bring nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field and over eight years in fitness. My journey has allowed me to work with individuals of various ages and backgrounds in different environments.

From a young age, I felt a calling to become a therapist, a path I committed to at just 13 years old. As an empath, I have always been drawn to supporting others, believing strongly in the importance of spreading peace and love in a world that can oftentimes feel overwhelming.

Having personally navigated my own mental health struggles, I understand the profound impact therapy can have on the healing journey. Additionally, despite my passion for an active lifestyle, I faced numerous challenges along my fitness path, often feeling inconsistent or uncertain about my direction. Discovering the value of support during that time was transformative for me.

I founded Flex and Reflect to address these very challenges, drawing from my experiences and recognizing the loneliness that can accompany the quest for help. My own healing was greatly enhanced by focusing on the mind-body connection. A merge of mental health and fitness that empowered me to become my most authentic self, both physically and mentally.

I am excited to help you find that alignment in your life. My purpose is to guide you toward becoming your best self and living the life you’ve always dreamed of. Together, we can embark on this journey of holistic well-being.

My name is Victor Escareño. I am a self-defense instructor, personal trainer, spiritual guide, and family man. My focus is on helping you be the best version of yourself; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am big on morals and values: Respect, Self-love, Inner peace, Accountability, and Discipline are the main ones I live by. My motto is: “Don’t limit yourself, believe in yourself, be limitless.”

I have been in the fitness industry for over 12 years, but I started learning self-defense since I was a child. I had a rough childhood, and was forced to learn the tough way. I found my strength through fitness and natural healing. Natural healing helped me heal all of the traumas I experienced growing up. That’s what led me to want to help other people heal their traumas as well. My purpose is to help you reach your fullest potential.
